Fill your bowl 1/2 way with mixed greens
•1 cup roasted golden beets
•1 cup cooked quinoa
•1/4 cup yellow cherry tomatoes
•1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
•1/4 cup chopped onions
•1/4 cup sauerkraut
•1/4 cup chia seeds
•1/4 cup cornichons pickles
•1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
•1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
•1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

To roast beets simply put them in a casserole pan with about a inch of water and cook at 400 degrees for about 45-minutes or until tender.
