Where are you located?

We are in downtown Simpsonville on Main Street, 2 blocks north of the clock tower on the left between the NAPA Auto Parts store and Heritage Funeral Home.  Our office is on the “frontage road” side of the railroad tracks directly across from where NE Main Street changes from two lanes to four lanes.

What are the doctors’ credentials?

Dr. Elliot Hirshorn, DC, DACNB is a board certified Chiropractic Neurologist who practices functional neurology and functional medicine.  Dr. Karla Hirshorn, MD is a board certified Family Physician.

I had my thyroid removed.  Can I still come see you?

Yes, the doctors often work with patients who have had their thyroid removed.

Why is my spouse/significant other required to be at certain appointments?

We require your spouse or significant other, if applicable, to be at the Initial Consultation and the Report of Findings appointments.  As a loved one deeply invested in your well being, having your spouse or significant other present at certain appointments is a win-win situation for everyone.  First, we can answer any questions they might have about your health or your care, or the costs involved.  Second, we can do our best to help ensure your spouse or loved one will support you in your health efforts.  If they are present and understand what’s wrong, what needs to be done, why, and what it is going to cost, then they can be supportive.  If not, they may inadvertently end up sabotaging your health efforts—something we’d like to help you avoid.

What if I don’t have a spouse or significant other?

You do not need to go find one.  You can bring a friend or family member if you wish.

Is your office wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we make every effort to comply with ADA guidelines.

How much does a visit cost?

Office visit costs are individualized based upon which therapies each patient requires in accordance with their specific test results.  Therefore, it is not possible to provide an estimate of cost until a proper evaluation has been completed.

Do you bill insurance?

We do not bill insurance.  Receipts can be provided for patients who choose to submit claims.  We do accept FSA and HSA account payments.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as well as FSA and HSA cards.

Do you have payment plans?

We have a variety of payment plan options if necessary to facilitate quality care for our patients.
